A full balayage typically takes 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the colour you want. We always begin with a consultation so we can give you an accurate time estimate before we start.

Yes — every colour service begins with a consultation during the appointment. For balayage and significant colour changes, we assess your hair's current condition and history before mixing any formula. Fusio Dose is a Kérastase in-salon hair therapy. A concentrated blend of active ingredients is selected specifically for your hair's needs — hydration, strength, or shine — and applied in-salon. The treatment takes about 15–20 minutes and leaves hair visibly transformed from the very first session.

We accept both cash and card payment. Prices vary by service and hair length — you can view our full price list on the individual service pages.

For haircuts and blow-drys we usually have availability within a few days. For balayage, colouring, and bridal services, we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred stylist. During peak seasons (spring and autumn), book even earlier.

Yes — bridal styling is one of our specialties. We offer bridal hair, make-up, and combined packages. We strongly recommend a trial appointment 4–6 weeks before your wedding day so we can refine every detail together. Contact us to discuss your plans.

For colour and chemical services we exclusively use L'Oréal Professionnel — one of the most trusted professional colour ranges in the world. For treatments and care, we use Kérastase, including the Fusio Dose system. We do not compromise on product quality.
